1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "You") and awi4d ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the awi4d online gaming platform available at https://awi4d.cam and any related mobile applications or services (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, accessing the Service, placing bets, or using any awi4d features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and may not create an account.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. 2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the awi4d platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds available in a User's Account for placing bets and playing games.
• "Bonus" means any promotional funds, free bets, or rewards provided by awi4d subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Deposit" means the transfer of funds by the User to their Account via approved payment methods.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot machine, live dealer table, sports betting market, or other entertainment offering available on the Service.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process requiring Users to submit government-issued identification documents.
• "RTP" (Return to Player) means the theoretical percentage of total wagers that a game will return to players over time.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age and Residency Requirements

• Possess legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Indonesian law.

• Not have any previous account that was closed, suspended, or banned by awi4d for violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to request proof of age, identity, and residency at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Creation

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the awi4d platform. Creating multiple accounts ("Multi-Accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and confiscation of balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly notify us of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify awi4d of any unauthorized use of your Account or any security breach.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All Users must complete KYC verification before processing withdrawal requests. The verification process requires submission of:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, or passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 3 months)
• Selfie photograph holding your identification document
• Proof of payment method ownership (bank account statement or screenshot showing your name and account number)

Documents must be clear, legible, and display all four corners. We reserve the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are insufficient. KYC verification typically takes 24-48 hours during business days.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

awi4d supports deposits via the following Indonesian banking and e-wallet providers:

• Bank Transfer: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri (Bank Mandiri), CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate reversal of funds and potential account suspension.

4.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method:

• Bank Transfer (Major Banks): Rp 50,000 minimum, Rp 100,000,000 maximum per transaction
• Bank Transfer (Secondary Banks): Rp 50,000 minimum, Rp 50,000,000 maximum per transaction
• E-Wallets: Rp 25,000 minimum, Rp 10,000,000 maximum per transaction

Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours (08:00-20:00 WIB weekdays). Off-hours deposits may take up to 24 hours to appear in your Account balance. awi4d does not charge deposit fees, though your financial institution may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the awi4d platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We do not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

Users may submit withdrawal requests at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Account must be fully KYC-verified
• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100,000
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in the User's own legal name
• All bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing funds derived from bonuses
• Account must have no pending disputes, investigations, or security holds

5.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary based on payment method and verification status:

• Verified Accounts (Major Banks): 5-15 minutes during banking hours (08:00-20:00 WIB weekdays)
• Verified Accounts (Secondary Banks): 15-30 minutes during banking hours
• Off-Hours Requests: Processed on the next banking day (typically within 24 hours)
• VIP Gold Members: Priority processing within 2 hours during peak periods

awi4d reserves the right to delay withdrawals for additional verification if suspicious activity, bonus abuse, or terms violations are suspected. We do not charge withdrawal fees. Users are limited to a maximum of 3 withdrawal requests per 24-hour period.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

awi4d offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and loyalty program benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration periods.

Bonus terms are communicated at the time of promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Users must read and understand bonus terms before claiming any offer. Failure to comply with bonus requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion multiple times
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., opposite bets on roulette)
• Depositing solely to claim bonuses without genuine intent to play
• Any other activity determined by awi4d to constitute abuse of promotional offers

Users found guilty of bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings confiscated, accounts suspended, and may be permanently banned from the platform.

7. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7.1 Game Integrity

All games on the awi4d platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair outcomes. We do not manipulate game results, RTP percentages, or betting outcomes.

RTP percentages displayed for each game represent theoretical long-term returns and do not guarantee specific results over short play sessions. Individual results will vary based on random chance.

7.2 Betting Limits

Each game has minimum and maximum betting limits displayed in the game interface. Users must comply with these limits. We reserve the right to modify betting limits at any time, particularly for Users displaying professional gambling patterns or suspected bonus abuse.

7.3 Disconnections and Technical Issues

In the event of a game disconnection or technical malfunction during active gameplay:

• Casino games: Bets will be settled according to the game studio's malfunction policy, typically voiding the current round and returning stakes
• Sports betting: Bets placed before disconnection remain valid and will be settled according to actual sporting outcomes
• Live dealer games: The hand/round will be completed by the dealer and settled according to actual results

Users experiencing technical issues should contact customer support immediately. We are not liable for losses caused by User internet connection problems, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions.

7.4 Prohibited Betting Practices

The following betting practices are prohibited:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts
• Arbitrage betting between different platforms
• Exploitation of technical errors or game malfunctions for profit
• Collusion between Users in live dealer games or poker
• Late betting after outcomes are known (e.g., after a goal is scored in live sports)

8. Sports Betting Specific Terms

8.1 Settlement of Bets

Sports bets are settled based on official competition results as declared by the relevant governing body. For Indonesian leagues such as BRI Liga 1, official results from PSSI (Persatuan Sepak Bola Seluruh Indonesia) are final.

If a match is abandoned, postponed, or does not take place within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise specified in market rules.

8.2 Results and Disputes

awi4d uses reputable sports data providers for results verification. In the rare event of a disputed result, we will conduct an investigation and settle bets according to official outcomes. Users may appeal settlement decisions within 7 days of the event completion by contacting customer support with evidence.

9. Responsible Gaming

awi4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting Users from gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools to support responsible gambling:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum loss thresholds over specified periods
• Time-Outs: Temporarily suspend account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if gambling is no longer enjoyable

10. Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Voluntary Closure

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered bank account after deducting any outstanding fees or charges. Closure requests are processed within 7 business days.

10.2 Suspension and Termination

awi4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account without prior notice if we determine that the User has:

• Violated any provision of these Terms
• Provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Created multiple accounts
• Abused bonuses or promotions
• Colluded with other Users or engaged in cheating
• Used the Service for money laundering or other criminal purposes
• Behaved abusively toward awi4d staff or other Users

Upon termination, all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited. Deposits may be returned at our sole discretion after investigation. We reserve the right to report illegal activity to relevant authorities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the awi4d platform including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, text, images, audio clips, and data compilations is the property of awi4d or our licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indonesian law, awi4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or expected winnings
• Loss of data or account access
• Interruption of service or technical malfunctions
• Errors in game results or betting settlements
• Unauthorized access to your Account by third parties

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless awi4d, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit through the Service

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through the following process:

2. Escalation: If informal resolution fails, the dispute may be escalated to awi4d management for review within 14 days.
3. Arbitration: Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under Indonesian arbitration rules, with proceedings conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language.

Users waive their right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against awi4d.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.2 Waiver

The failure of awi4d to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without awi4d's prior written consent. awi4d may freely assign these Terms without restriction.

15.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and awi4d regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, communications, and understandings.
